Johnny Chang

Johnny Chang has extensive work experience in logistics and operations. Johnny started their career at General Mills in 2005, where they held various logistics and operations roles for over 12 years. In 2018, they worked at Peet's Coffee as the Sr. Manager of Logistics in the Coldcraft division. The following year, they joined Soylent as the Director of Logistics and Order Fulfillment. In 2020, Johnny became a Board Member at Pacific International Cooling and Vice President of Cooler Operations at Bonipak Produce, Inc. Their most recent role is President of Distribution at Advanced Fresh Concepts Franchise Corporation, starting in 2022.

Johnny Chang pursued their higher education by first attending the University of California, Berkeley from 1994 to 1998. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Afterward, from 2003 to 2005, Johnny enrolled at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School to pursue a Master's in Business Administration, specializing in Global Supply Chain & Marketing.
