Derek Posey

Derek Posey has extensive experience in distribution and manufacturing engineering, currently serving as the Vice President of Distribution at JEGS Performance since November 2021. Previous roles at JEGS Performance include Director of Distribution and Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior to this, Derek Posey worked at Ariel Corporation from May 2014 to November 2021 as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer responsible for developing and managing the Ariel Lean Manufacturing Program. Derek Posey also participated in the Operations Leadership Development Program as a Manufacturing Engineer and completed a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at Ariel Corporation. Derek Posey holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Design from Trine University, graduated in May 2014.
