Sheena Meeker

Sheena Meeker has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Sheena began their career as an LPN/RN at La Mesa Healthcare Center from September 2011 to August 2013. Sheena then worked at Vital Wellness Home Health as an Administrator from February 2009 to May 2015. After that, they joined Home Health Solutions, LLC as an RN, BSN COS-C HCS-D from June 2015 and onwards. In 2016, Sheena started working at Advanced Home Health and Hospice, Inc., where they held the role of RN, BSN COS-C HCS-D QAPI Manager. Sheena is currently working at Excelin Home Health as the Director of Quality Assurance, a position they have held since December 2018.

Sheena Meeker has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Grand Canyon University (2012-2013), an Associate of Science (AS) in Registered Nursing from Arizona Western College (2010-2012), and a degree in Practical Nursing from Arizona Western College (2009-2011). Sheena also holds additional certifications as a Certified OASIS Specialist-Clinical (COS-C) from OASIS Answers, Inc. (obtained in 2015) and a Home Care Coding Specialist-Diagnosis (HCS-D) from the Board of Medical Specialty Coding & Compliance (obtained in May 2015). Sheena Meeker is also a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and a Registered Nurse (RN).
