Sargon Demir

Sargon Demir is a professional with extensive experience in brand activation and management within the tobacco and inhalation products industry. Currently serving as the Brand Activation Manager at AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals), Sargon is responsible for launching the OOKA innovation in Germany and activating retail and HoReCa channels. Previously held the position of Head of Field Force, focusing on restructuring sales teams and customer acquisition for B2B ventures. Sargon also has a strong background in marketing and trade marketing management. As the owner of SmokersParadise GmbH since 2015, Sargon has successfully established a company in the industry. Additional roles include Head of Product Development and Marketing Manager at emtrada GmbH, as well as Area Sales & Franchise Manager at finis direct GmbH. Sargon holds a degree as a State Certified Mechanical Engineer from Rudolf-Diesel-Technikum Augsburg.
