Joanna Riccobono

Joanna Riccobono is a Senior Technical Content Developer at Cengage Group, where responsibilities include developing algorithmically randomized assessments in college-level mathematics, leading Agile project teams, creating accessible content, and mentoring peers. Prior to this role, Joanna served as a Mathematics Tutor and held various academic positions, including Lecturer of Mathematics at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where coordination of Math 101 and technical support for MyMathLab were key responsibilities. Additional teaching experience includes roles at Chesapeake College and Ithaca College, among others.
