Ceara S. currently serves as a Senior R&D Systems Engineer at Advanced Instruments, LLC since January 2023. Prior experience includes a nearly twenty-year tenure at Artel, where Ceara S. held multiple roles including Product Development Engineer, Project Manager, Systems Engineer, and Associate Software Engineer. Ceara S. also worked as a Research Assistant for the National Science Foundation from June 2001 to June 2003 and participated as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 2002. Additional experience includes a research assistant position at Hawaii Natural Energy Institute in 2000. Ceara S. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Maine between 1998 and 2003 and attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2000.
