Shayna Galinat

Shayna Galinat currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at Advanced Instruments, LLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Shayna was General Counsel and Attorney at Industrial Communications from June 2020 to June 2022. Shayna's extensive legal background includes an Associate Attorney position at Law Offices of Robert L. Allen, Jr. LLP and a Law Clerk role at Scanlon Law, LLC, among other legal internships. Additionally, Shayna has been involved in coaching and mentorship at Babson College, specifically within the Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program, and as a Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship Mentor. Shayna holds a JD/MBA in Business Law from Suffolk University Law School, an MBA from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Legal Studies from Babson College.
