Camille Pompei

Camille Pompei serves as Associate General Counsel at Performance Food Group since February 2022, having previously held associate positions at Troutman Pepper (November 2016 - January 2022) and Baker Botts (September 2014 - October 2016). Camille has extensive experience in representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters while advising on securities compliance issues. Camille's professional background also includes roles as a summer associate at Baker Botts and research assistant to Professor John Robertson at The University of Texas at Austin.
