Glenn Moon

Glenn Moon began their work experience in 1995 as a Network Engineer at Benchmark Systems, where they worked until 1997. Glenn then moved on to Advanced Logic Industries, where they held the position of Senior Network Engineer starting in 1997. In this role, Glenn worked with various Cisco UC products, including Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and Cisco voice gateways. Glenn also had experience with Cisco routers, firewalls, switches, and access points. As the Cisco UC lead engineer, Glenn was responsible for design, installation, upgrades, maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting.

Glenn Moon obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Electronics from ECPI University, spanning from 1994 to 1995.
