Gabriel Chavez

Gabriel Chavez is an experienced network engineer currently employed at Ezee Fiber since July 2018, where responsibilities include deploying and managing the ticketing platform for network operations and creating technical documentation for CPE devices. Previously, Gabriel held various positions at Ezee Fiber, including Network Technician II, Installation Coordinator, and Technical Support Lead, contributing to customer internet provisioning, equipment configuration, customer communication, and trouble ticket management. Prior experience includes serving as a Network Operations Center Technician at the Colorado Department of Corrections and as a Correctional Officer III at the Texas Department Of Criminal Justice, where responsibilities centered around security management and monitoring. Gabriel attended Lone Star College from 2011 to 2012.
