Lon Miller

Lon Miller began their work experience as a Project Engineer at Valley Jig Grinding Inc in February 1997. Lon was responsible for making sales calls to bring in design and manufacturing projects and was later placed on a contract assignment at Woodward Governor Co. In June 1999, Lon joined Advanced Machine & Engineering Co. as a Chief Engineer. In this role, they supervised and delegated all department projects, conducted performance reviews of subordinates, and developed manufacturing processes for customers. Lon also conceptualized, designed, detailed, and troubleshooted hydraulic and manual workholding fixtures for CNC Machines.

Lon Miller obtained an Associate's degree in Engineering, specializing in Machine Design, from Rock Valley College. No further information is provided regarding the start or end year of their education at this institution.
