Chris Holman

Chris Holman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Chris began their career as a member of the United States Marine Corps, where they developed their skills and rose through the ranks to become an AAV Maintenance Chief. After leaving the military in 1999, Chris joined Advanced Maintenance as the CEO and Director of Franchising, where they played a pivotal role in the growth and development of the entire franchise system. Chris provided support and assistance to franchise owners, particularly in marketing, lead generation, and working with the broker network. In 2006, they and their wife founded Holman Landholdings LLC, a commercial real estate holding company, where they focused on building wealth through property ownership. Chris held the position of Member until 2014. Overall, Chris Holman's work experience showcases a strong background in franchising, commercial fleet maintenance, and real estate.

Chris Holman attended Henderson High School in West Chester, PA from 1976 to 1977. During this time, they focused on sports, partying, and girls. After completing high school, Chris went on to pursue higher education at St. Leo College from 1984 to 1991. Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
