Pankaj Mathure

Pankaj Mathure is a seasoned professional in process development and technology transfer with extensive experience in the chemicals and materials sector. Currently serving as General Manager at Advanced Materials-Aditya Birla Chemicals since May 2021, Pankaj specializes in epoxy resins, hardeners, and polyamides, emphasizing recycling and industrial-scale mixing studies. Prior to this role, Pankaj worked as Lead Researcher at Asian Paints and held various research and engineering positions, including Senior Scientist at SABIC and Postdoctoral Researcher at POLYMAT. Pankaj's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an Executive General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
