Kieren Dwyer

Kieren Dwyer is a seasoned professional with a robust background in growth strategy and investment, currently serving as the Head of Growth and De Novo Strategy + Execution at Advanced MedAesthetic Partners since October 2024. As a Principal at Leon Capital Group since April 2023, Dwyer has also been instrumental in partnerships with various innovative companies, including Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy, where Dwyer has been a Partner since November 2019, and as an Investor in maude, DEUX Foods, and CLICK. Dwyer's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted by co-founding Charley St and holding a Private Equity Investor position at StepStone Group from January 2017 to August 2019. Dwyer’s extensive education includes a Master's Degree in Applied Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance from Monash University.
