Oscar Bolivar

Oscar Bolivar has worked in a variety of roles since 1989. Oscar began their career in the United States Air Force as an F-15 Aircraft Systems Technician at Luke AFB in Glendale, AZ. In 1995, they began working at Quest Diagnostics in Denver, CO as a Medical Lab Assistant II in the Microbiology department. That same year they also began working at the 140th Tactical Fighter Squadron at Buckley ANG Base in Englewood, CO as an F-16 Aircraft Systems Specialist. In 2001, they became a Graduate Student at Colorado Technical University, where they completed coursework in software development, information security, and policy creation. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Systems Analyst I at Aon Hewitt, where they were responsible for database systems configuration management and client remote setup and hardware installation. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Video Test Engineer II at Comcast Cable, where they contributed to VOD Asset Management and integration projects. Finally, from 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Field Services and Systems Integration Engineer at Advanced Media Technologies, Inc., where they were responsible for video processing and delivery, connecting and configuring network devices, and designing, installing, integrating, and configuring associated HE devices.

Oscar Bolivar began their educational journey in 1992 when they attended Rio Salado Community College and obtained an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Oscar then attended Community College of the Air Force from 1993 to 1995, where they received an Associate of Science in Aircraft Systems Technology. In 2000, they obtained a Unix Administration certification from Colorado Technical University and also received a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the same institution in 2002. Finally, they completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University in 2004.
