Esther L. Marcial

Esther Marcial is vice president, enterprise sales and labor markets with AMPS. Esther brings more than 25 years of employee benefits and strategic sales experience to AMPS, with deep knowledge on multi-market brokerage, public sector, labor markets, and non-labor trusts. Her objective is to expand AMPS’ Taft Hartley division, delivering key offerings to Taft Hartley Funds and labor unions, including AMPS’ medical bill review, reference-based pricing, stop loss, and pharmacy solutions. Esther comes to AMPS after serving various sales leadership roles with UnitedHealthcare, POMCO Administrators, HealthNow Administrative Services, Delta Dental of California, Oral Health Services, and Howard H. Wood Associates. She is a member of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators and Past President of the Santa Barbara Association of Health Underwriters. She is also an incoming board member with the El Camino College Foundation. Esther holds multiple state licensures as an insurance agent.
