Martin Whitmill

Martin Whitmill is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the fields of materials engineering and chemistry. Currently serving as a Project Scientist at Advanced Medical Solutions since April 2022, Martin previously completed a PhD at the University of Plymouth, focusing on metal reclamation methods for lithium-ion battery recycling and utilizing advanced analytical techniques. Prior roles include Innovation Engineer and Materials Engineer at Manuplas, as well as Research and Development Chemist at Sherwin-Williams, where Martin contributed to the development of formulations in accordance with regulatory standards. Martin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Plymouth and completed high school at Prince William School, Oundle.
