Melanie Shorten

Melanie Shorten possesses extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Group Training & Development Manager at Advanced Medical Solutions since March 2014. In this role, Melanie collaborates with the senior management team to enhance organizational performance through innovative learning strategies aligned with business objectives. Prior to this position, Melanie worked as an HR/Training Manager, overseeing HR functions and global recruitment processes. Melanie's earlier tenure at Mercer from March 2002 to January 2014 included roles as a Learning & Development Consultant and HR Advisor, where responsibilities involved creating training programs for over 1,000 employees and providing comprehensive HR support.
