Wayne Bonnefin

Wayne Bonnefin is an accomplished R&D Director at Advanced Medical Solutions since January 2016, with extensive experience in leading multi-site teams in product development and commercialization, particularly within the Hydrofiber® product pipeline. Previously, Wayne served as a Trustee and Board Member at Making Space Charity from October 2021 to October 2022 and held various roles at ConvaTec from January 2010 to December 2015, including Associate Director of Engineering & Design Services and R&D Manager, focusing on adherence to design control principles and new product development. Early in the career, Wayne gained solid project management skills across various positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where responsibilities included overseeing durable medical equipment new product development and managing technology transfer processes. Wayne's educational background includes an MBA in Business (with Technology Management) from Loughborough University and a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Leeds Beckett University, along with various other qualifications in engineering and management.
