Michael Johannesen

Michael Johannesen is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Advanced Medicine Partners and Jaguar Gene Therapy. Prior to their current roles, Michael held various legal positions at AveXis, Inc., a Novartis company, Hospira, Abbott, D'Ancona & Pflaum LLC, Whirlpool Corporation, and Winston & Strawn LLP. Michael obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in Political Science / Public Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
