Benjamin Yrun Ostapuk

Benjamin Yrun Ostapuk currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Pegasystems, overseeing legal, regulatory, and compliance matters while advising the executive team and board of directors. Prior to this role, Benjamin held various leadership positions at Intel Corporation from 2010 to 2025, including Vice President and Head of Technology & Innovation, where responsibilities included cybersecurity governance, IP transactions, and product assurance. Earlier career milestones include positions at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a Partner and at Skadden Arps as an Associate. Benjamin holds a JD from Stanford Law School, a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Arizona, and has studied at Cornell University.
