SVP, Software Development at AMD

Andrej Zdravkovic is AMD senior vice president of Software Development with responsibility for defining and executing AMD’s software strategy, reporting to Senior Vice President David Wang. Zdravkovic directly manages Graphics Software in the Radeon Technologies Group. In addition, Zdravkovic leads AMD’s dynamic campus in Markham, Canada. Zdravkovic has more than 30 years of industry experience spanning deep software expertise, team leadership, and business acumen.

Zdravkovic rejoined AMD in November 2015 as corporate vice president of Global Software Development. Since that time, Zdravkovic led AMD’s software teams to deliver on a clear software vision, including major annual releases and monthly optimizations, driving differentiated software features like Radeon™ Boost, Radeon™ Image Sharpening and Radeon™ Anti-Lag, and supporting critical customer programs. With Zdravkovic at the helm, end-user ratings of AMD Radeon software have improved dramatically with performance, features, and stability enhancements.

Previously, Zdravkovic was senior vice president at Giesecke & Devrient, leading worldwide Software Solutions from 2009-2015. Before Giesecke & Devrient, he was senior director of Software for graphics and multimedia, product integration, customer engineering and customer project management at AMD. Zdravkovic first joined AMD (then ATI) in 1998 and held a series of progressively senior leadership roles.

Zdravkovic holds Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Belgrade University and a professional engineer designation with the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
