Ben Mashak

Ben Mashak, MSEE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering. Currently serving as the Server GPU Chief Engineer at AMD since July 2020, Ben previously held the title of IBM Power System Chief Engineer at IBM from January 1998 to June 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the delivery of IBM branded Power systems and collaborating with multiple teams across the organization. Earlier in the career at IBM, Ben also worked as an Electrical Packaging and Signal Integrity Engineer, focusing on power distribution network design, I/O circuit design, and electronic package design. Ben holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota (2003-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1993-1997).
