Diane Ramos

Diane Ramos is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in strategic business partnership and organizational development. At AMD from 2004 to 2022, Diane served in various roles including Sr. Director and Director of HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed organization design and workforce planning. Prior experience at Ottobock HealthCare as Vice President of Human Resources involved collaboration with the Managing Director to implement growth-focused business solutions. Diane also held the position of Regional Director of Human Resources, advising the Regional President while overseeing HR operations across divisions. Earlier, Diane worked at Towers Perrin, developing compensation strategies, and at UT Health Science Center as a Compensation HR Specialist. Diane holds a BBA in HR Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
