Eduardo Rhod

Eduardo Rhod is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in silicon design, embedded software development, and academia. Currently serving as an MTS Silicon Design Engineer at AMD since April 2024, Eduardo previously worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at illusense, where contributions included developing embedded C for quad-core ARM processors and VHDL RTL code for Intel FPGA systems. Prior roles include Software Developer at Simon Fraser University, Chief Engineer and Co-Founder at AWGES Engineering, where IoT applications were developed, and Associate Professor at SENAI focusing on programming languages and electrical circuits. Eduardo's academic background includes a doctorate in Microelectronics and Fault Tolerant Architectures and a master's degree in Fault Tolerant Systems from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
