Lisa Graham

Lisa Graham, M.Ed., SPHR, is currently a Senior Manager in Talent Management at AMD, where they design and manage organizational human resource planning and performance management initiatives. Previously, they held various positions at Dell, including Manager of Performance Consulting, where they led a team to successfully turn a service offering profitable within a quarter. Lisa also served as the Director of Client Services Consulting at Triple Creek Associates and worked as a Talent Development Advisor at CEB, now Gartner. They earned their M.Ed. in Educational Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English from The University of Georgia.
