Nadja Mergenthal

Nadja Mergenthal is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Manager Global Talent Management and Head of the Future Leaders Program at STADA Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nadja held the position of Head of Talent Management & Learning at Heraeus from July 2019 to June 2022, and served as Head of Organizational Development at Commerz Systems GmbH, later Commerzbank AG, from September 2016 to June 2019. Nadja's career includes experience as a Management Consultant, Trainer, and Coach at Raum Für Führung GmbH from November 2013 to August 2016, as well as as a Management Consultant at Capgemini Invent from May 2011 to October 2013. Nadja began professional training as a Graduate Student Intern at PwC Deutschland from September 2008 to July 2009. Nadja holds a MA in Business Economics, Psychology, and Pedagogy, and a degree in Adult Education, both from Goethe University Frankfurt.
