Michelle Hartman

Michelle Hartman is experienced in various roles within the field of learning and talent management, as well as accounting. Michelle has worked at Shearer's Foods since June 2012, holding positions such as Senior Manager of Learning and Talent Management, Manager Learning & Talent Management, and Learning and Development Advisor. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Simco Management Inc from March 2002 to March 2012 as an Accountant. Michelle graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, and also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Youngstown State University.
