Masood Z.

Masood Z. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in high-performance computing (HPC) and systems engineering. Currently, Masood serves as a GPU Cluster System/Network Engineer at AMD since November 2024. Prior roles include leadership positions at Altius Institute for Biomedical Sciences, where responsibilities encompassed managing HPC resources and acting as a technical liaison, as well as various engineering and administrative roles at organizations such as Invitae, Brookhaven National Laboratory, and New York Genome Center. Masood's work has consistently focused on automation, systems support, and enhancement of computing infrastructures using a range of technologies. Masood holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
