Pam Smoot

Pam Smoot is a highly experienced engineer specializing in ASIC and layout design, holding various positions within the semiconductor industry. Pam's professional background includes serving as an SMTS ASIC/Layout Design Engineer and MTS ASIC/Layout Design Engineer at AMD, as well as a Physical Design Engineer in a contract role. Additionally, Pam has experience as a Senior Application Consultant at Synopsys and worked as a Design Engineering Manager at NEC Electronics, along with previous experience as a Design Engineer at DSC Communications. Pam earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, graduating summa cum laude from Tufts University between 1981 and 1985.
