Raj Kumar Rampelli

Raj Kumar Rampelli is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in firmware and driver development, currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at AMD since February 2022. In this role, Raj leads NPU firmware feature development tasks, collaborating with multiple teams from specification to feature release. Previously, Raj contributed to Xilinx as a Senior Software Development Engineer, enhancing the Xilinx Runtime (XRT) drivers. Raj's earlier experience includes positions at NVIDIA, where key contributions involved developing eMMC and SDMMC drivers. Raj holds an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University.
