Vikas C Sajjan

Vikas C Sajjan is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Engineering Head for Open Source AI/ML Solutions at AMD since November 2024. Previously, Vikas worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Seeing Machines from September 2018 to November 2024, leading a team of over 30 engineers across multiple countries and contributing to product strategy and design. Vikas's earlier roles include being an Expert Technologist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where work focused on blockchain solutions and emerging technologies, and a Senior Technical Manager/Chief Engineer at Samsung Electronics, where contributions included driver development and video-related issues for the Galaxy J7. Vikas's career began as a Design Engineer at Tata Elxsi and a Project Assistant at C-DAC, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from RV College of Engineering. Vikas also holds a degree in Strategic & Adaptive Leadership from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
