Amanda Raffa

Amanda Raffa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Programs and Engineering at ANPC since July 2022, Amanda manages a team of eight and oversees processes related to configuration management, quality, engineering, and project management. Prior roles include Program Manager, where Amanda led a PMO team and managed multiple US DoD programs, and Senior System Engineer at Insitu Inc, where responsibilities included leading systems engineering efforts and proposal development. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as a Foundational Diploma in Ministerial Studies from Purpose Institute.
