Jason Fraley

Jason Fraley, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at ANM since July 2025, Jason previously held the same title at Presidio from January 2013 to July 2025. Earlier in the career, Jason worked at Alphanumeric Systems as a Contract Project Coordinator and Project Manager, managing significant technology projects for diverse industries, including healthcare, education, and law enforcement. Notably, as a Project Manager for the North Carolina Administrative Offices of the Courts, Jason oversaw a major VoIP implementation project exceeding $10 million. Additionally, Jason has been engaged with NC PMI as a member and has a foundational background in restaurant management. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
