Gretchen Pogge

Gretchen Pogge, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Gretchen spent nearly 20 years at Cargill, where various positions included Portfolio Management, Customer Service Data & Tech Lead, Information Technology Program Manager focused on Smart Manufacturing, and Project Manager for customs projects across multiple regions. Gretchen also functioned as Capital Portfolio Manager for Salt and Supervisor overseeing construction accounting. Previous experience includes serving as an Internal Audit Associate at ConAgra Foods and an Associate Accountant at Cargill. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA from Creighton University and a BA in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
