Caitlyn Kent

Caitlyn Kent has extensive work experience in surgery scheduling and insurance verification. Caitlyn worked as a Surgery Scheduling Director at Advanced Pain Care in 2017. Prior to that, they held the role of Surgery Scheduling / Insurance Verification at Killeen Sport and Spine- Dr. Marsh from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for scheduling surgeries for spinal injections, verifying insurance for injections and office visits, and also performed scribe and front office duties for multiple doctors.

Caitlyn Kent pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Arizona from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, they obtained a student membership with the Association for Healthcare Administrative Professionals (AHCAP) in 2021.
