Dustin G. Berry

Dustin G. Berry is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience leading significant portfolios in the affordable housing sector. Currently serving as the Head of Asset Management SVP at PNC since September 2007, Dustin oversees a diverse array of investments funded through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation while managing over 120 professionals. Prior roles at PNC include Senior Commercial Credit Manager and Commercial Credit Expert, where Dustin focused on real estate tax credits and equity portfolios valued at $2.5 billion. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Asset Manager at Finlay Development, successfully increasing rental income in a $45 million multi-family property portfolio, and beginning a career as Owner and Property Manager at CSR Properties, expanding a portfolio from 30 to 150 units. Dustin's early career also includes service as a Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps. Dustin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
