Hutson Burg

Hutson Burg is a Laboratory Technician at Advanced Pain Care since April 2021, specializing in toxicology by analyzing clinical samples to monitor pain management drug metabolism and patient prescription usage. Prior experience includes working as a Molecular Diagnostics Lab Technician at Genotox Laboratories, where skills in rt-PCR, Covid RNA extraction, and drug test sample processing were developed. Hutson has also provided tutoring in AP Chemistry, where a focus on foundational understanding led to improved student independence. Additional roles include serving as a Real Estate Assistant and conducting undergraduate research in RNA/Protein interactions at The University of Texas at Austin, where practical laboratory skills were gained. Hutson holds a Chemical Engineering Honors degree with a specialization in Cellular Bioprocess Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
