Rik Adams

Rik Adams serves as the Innovation Delivery Director at both Advanced Propulsion Centre UK and its subsidiary, Zenzic, overseeing project delivery, funding competitions, SME programmes, and business planning. Previously, at Protean Electric, Adams held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Programme Director, focusing on electrification power solutions and product development. Adams also has extensive experience with McLaren Applied Technologies and McLaren Automotive Ltd, managing systems engineering and technical delivery for hybrid systems and infotainment technologies. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a 1st Class Honours degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from The University of Glasgow.
