Lance Johnson

Lance Johnson currently serves as the Physical Plant Manager at Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC, specializing in life safety and facilities management since June 2020. Previously, Lance held roles at Western States Fire Protection as an Inspector and at Memorial Health System as a Fire and Safety Supervisor, responsible for fire and life safety compliance over a 2 million square foot healthcare system, managing fire prevention teams and contracts, and providing fire prevention education. Additional experience includes positions as Engineering Supervisor North Campus and various roles such as Carpenter and General Maintenance Mechanic, along with service as a Firefighter and Captain in the El Paso County Sheriffs Office Wildland Fire Crew. Academic qualifications include an A.A. in Fine Art from Northeastern Jr. College and ongoing studies towards a B.S. in Fire Protection Administration at Eastern Kentucky University.
