Nanci Stockwell, LCSW, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and addiction treatment. Nanci has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Chief Clinical and Education Officer at Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC. Prior to this, they served as the Western Regional Vice President at Elements Behavioral Health. Nanci also worked as the General Manager of Substance Abuse at Calloway Labs, Inc. Nanci spent a significant part of their career at Talbott Recovery Campus, where they held several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Clinical Services Director, Program Director, and Associate Clinical Services Director. In these positions, they demonstrated their expertise in operations management, employee relations, strategic planning, program development, and staff training and supervision.
