Michael McGurk

Michael McGurk serves as the Senior Vice President of Advisor Services at First Command Financial Services, Inc., overseeing more than 70 employees across four departments while managing a $19 million budget focused on software, operations, innovation, and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at First Command, including Vice President and District Advisor. Michael's earlier career includes 13 years in the US Army, where multiple domestic and international supervisory roles were undertaken, such as Platoon Leader and ROTC Instructor. Michael's education includes Executive Education in Chief Operating Officer from MIT xPRO and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University.
