Brittany Patterson has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Brittany is currently working as the Chief of the Administrative Compliance Branch at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), where they play a key role in shaping administrative policies. Prior to this, they served as the Compensation and Leave Policy Program Manager - HR Specialist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) from 2021 to 2023.

From 2016 to 2021, Brittany worked at the National Institutes of Health, where they held the position of Supervisory Human Resources Specialist. Brittany Patterson had a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Louisiana Tech University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009. Later, between 2013 and 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas Southern University.
