Rafael Kadre Roskov Petroshov

Rafael Kadre Roskov Petroshov is the founder and CEO of Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), ARPA-E, and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Rafael has held these positions since March 2022.

Rafael Kadre Roskov Petroshov completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from the Escola Politécnica da USP, spanning from 2016 to 2022. Rafael then pursued their Master's degree in Molecular Sciences at the USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they completed in the years 2023 to 2026.
