Shenedra Hall

Shenedra Hall, CPA, currently serves as the Branch Chief of Budget Execution at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) since March 2024, following a role as Senior Financial Analyst at Blu Omega. With extensive experience at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Shenedra held multiple supervisory positions, including Appropriations & Reporting Budget Analyst and Budget Execution System Lead, overseeing financial statement reporting, budget execution, and variance analysis. Previous roles included General Ledger Module Lead and Reconciliation Lead, contributing to system enhancements and audit preparations. Shenedra also has experience with the United States Department of Agriculture as a Systems Accountant and holds a Master's of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Virginia State University.
