Carlos started a career in the telecommunications industry at Comcast Cable, providing support for technicians and maintaining high availability metrics. Carlos earned an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
