Benjamin Mellinkoff

Benjamin Mellinkoff is a seasoned test engineer with experience in the aerospace sector. Currently employed at ASI by Rocket Lab since January 2022, Benjamin previously held the position of Satellite Test Engineer at General Atomics from February 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included the planning and execution of test campaigns for the Argos-4 mission. Prior to that, Benjamin worked as a Graduate Researcher at the Center for Astrophysics and Space Astronomy, focusing on systems engineering for a NASA-funded project. Additional experience includes an engineering internship at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Benjamin contributed to the development of a teleoperated drone and rover system, and roles as an Undergraduate Researcher and Learning Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder. Benjamin holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder.
