Benedict Tan

Benedict Tan is an experienced engineer specializing in mechanical design and project management within the biomedical and medical device sectors. As a Senior Test Systems Engineer at Nanosonics since October 2021, Benedict focuses on the mechanical design and technical leadership of automated test systems, enhancing risk management and testing strategies. Previous roles include Test Systems Engineer at Nanosonics, Mechanical Engineer and Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Saluda Medical, where responsibilities encompassed product development and risk analysis of implantable electronics. Benedict also contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Sydney, participating in biomechanical data collection and analysis, leading to co-authorship of a publication.
