Paul Salame

Paul Salame is a Senior GN&C Engineer at ASI by Rocket Lab, where responsibilities include supporting GNC and Flight Software design for lunar landers and orbiters. Previously, Paul held various engineering roles at Lockheed Martin, including working on the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter's mission operations and developing sequences for spacecraft. Paul's academic background includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, where research focused on thermal transport and machine learning applications in aerospace systems. Early experience includes intern positions in systems engineering and mechanical design, along with teaching assistant roles in calculus and lab sessions in system dynamics.
