Andrew Bender is a seasoned filmmaker with extensive experience in cinematography, editing, and production across various genres, including narrative, commercial, corporate, documentary, and live events. Since founding Andrew Bender Cinema in 2013, Andrew has worked as a freelance cinematographer, editor, and producer, often addressing and resolving production issues. Current roles include Video Production Specialist at Advanced Systems Group, LLC, and Event Production Technician at FIRST. Andrew has also served as Director of Photography for MediPix Productions and taught video production courses at the Los Angeles LGBT Center. Previous positions include senior media specialist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, camera operator for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and cinematographer for Google. Andrew holds an Associate's degree in Film, Television & Digital Entertainment Media from UCLA and furthered education at Maine Media.
